50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €433 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure
Notes
Housekeeping includes stocking of paper towels, toilet paper, handsoap, kitchen spices and basic supplies. A complimentary cleaning will take place in the middle of your stay when you stay longer than 12 days.
